One of the most televised circuits on TV Dunsfold needs no introduction, although its more commonly known as the top gear test track. Originally built by the Royal Canadian Air Force who commanded the base from 1942-1944. Post war the aerodrome went through various uses including aerospace testing and developing through to being a venue for filming including the Bond film “Casino Royal”, could there be a cooler place to drive an Aston Martin!
Obviously most recently as “The Top Gear Test Track”. The Track itself was designed by Lotus Engineerings and Test Drivers to intentionally test all manors of car control to try and exploit any weaknesses in the vehicle’s dynamics. Whilst you will be driving on the Top Gear Circuit there has had to be tweaks made to the layout to make suitable for you and your family to safely enjoy your day meaning the figure of 8 format has been replaced by just the outer circuit.
Dunsfold is also a multi experience venue so you will also be able to enjoy a Young drive lesson or a Lorry Experience.

**Important Note**
Blasts are a 3-mile experience and Thrill a 6-mile experience, at most venues, these are typically 3 and 6 laps (more at our smaller venues) respectively however at the much longer circuits such as Dunsfold where the laps are over a whopping 1.5 miles all 3 and 6 lap experiences will be 2 and 4 respectively - but you will actually receive a little over your expected 3 and 6-mile experiences. For those of you lucky enough to have an "Extended Thrill" or 9 Lap experience it will be 6 laps giving over 9 miles!
