Below are the most detailed terms & conditions, but these are the highlights;

  • You must have a ticket to enter the event
  • If you are unruly or you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs you will be refused entry or asked to leave

The legals in detail

E-tickets

E-tickets are the default delivery type. Email E-tickets will be automatically sent to you on receipt of your order.

Refunds

A full refund is available up to 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Re-sale of this Ticket

It is ok to resell this ticket at face value. However, it is unacceptable to resell it for commercial or financial gain.

Any ticket that is deemed to have been touted, copied or tampered with will be cancelled without notice.

Delivery

Ticket delivery is by email.

Lateness

It is your responsibility to arrive at the venue at the appropriate date and time. If you miss your reservation you will forfeit your booking. We cannot be held responsible for any loss as a result of you being late.

Your Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason including if you are behaving in a manner to put yourself or others at risk; appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs; use any foul or abusive language or obscene gestures; remove any clothing or wear clothing that is likely to cause offence.

Non-Commercial Use

You agree that your entry as a member of the public is not for commercial gain. For example, you agree not to sell, tout or barter goods or services. You agree not to flyer or give tickets out.

Personal Property

You agree that you enter the venue at your own risk and the organiser cannot be held responsible for damage, loss or theft of belongings.

Food & Drink

A range of food providers are on-site, please support them by buying their tasty produce.

Animals

Except guide dogs, no pets or animals shall be admitted to the event.

Appearance Consent

By attending the event you give your consent to appear in filming, photography and press promotion of the event.

Complying with Signage

You agree to follow signage erected around the venue and take direction from event officials. You agree not to enter any private or restricted parts of the venue.

Consumption of Alcohol

Consumption of alcohol is only permitted within the designated bar areas and alcohol must not be taken out of these areas or consumed elsewhere onsite. Alcohol must not be consumed prior to driving.

Right to Eject

The organiser reserves the right to eject anyone found not to be complying with the conditions herein.

Safety

Given the nature of this event it is essential that you do not place yourself or others at risk. Do not attempt to access the track, pits, fuel bay or any other restricted area. Failure to comply will result in your immediate ejection from the event and potential civil and criminal prosecution.

Website Availability

We may suspend access to our site for any reason without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Acceptable Use

You may use our site only for lawful purposes. Certain areas of our site may enable you to enter content of your own. In such cases, the content must not contain any material which is defamatory of any person, contain obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory content including but not restricted to: sexually explicit material, violence or discrimination, or be hateful to any individual or group. It must not infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.

Your Identity

You must not impersonate any person, or misrepresent your or another person's identity. You must not affiliate yourself to us or ‘pass off’ as us or give the impression that your communication or purpose emanates from us without our express written permission.

Viruses, Hacking and Offences

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site or business. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

By breaching this provision, you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

Problems during the Event

If you have a problem at the event, please make yourself known to one of the event staff.

Complaints after the Event

It's much easier for us to put something right during the event, however written complaints should be submitted using the customer service form at the earliest opportunity.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including Acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

Cookie Consent

A cookie is a small piece of information sent by us to your browser which enables us to collect information about your journey on our website, your current shopping session and to personalise your experience. Your browser allows you to turn off cookies in the settings. However, if you do not accept cookies you will be unable to purchase products from our site. Your information: we store relevant information about you and your order(s). This information includes billing and delivery addresses, phone numbers and email address.

Copyright

The text and imagery that are contained on the website brochures, promotional material or on-site material are our copyright and that of contributors and affiliates unless otherwise stated.

Card Payments

In line with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance rules, we do not store your credit card information. We use Klarna and Stripe to complete transactions through our website. We use Squareup to complete transactions over the telephone and on the day at events.

Protecting your Information

We use the latest procedures and processes to protect your personal information. Our site is regularly tested by a third party to ensure its security meets the current standards. At our offices we ensure that all customer information is stored securely and is security-shredded when we no longer need it.

Information Request

You can request an information report detailing all the information we hold about you for £20.

Offer for Sale

We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend the offer of sale of any experience without notice. Once purchased, the holder of the experience pack is entitled to that experience.
