Pre and Post Event

If you purchased our Booking Amendment Cover (BAC) at the time of booking, then please contact us and we will do our best to get any changes made for you. If you don’t have BAC, then a Booking Amendment Fee of £30 will be chargeable.

Please check your email and text facilities before setting off. We will always try to give as much notice as possible of any changes to your experience day. In the event of a cancellation, you may also receive a phone call as well as a text and email. If we need to cancel your experience, you will be contacted by a member of our team and rebooked free of charge.

Participants must be aged 10+ and a minimum height 4ft 10″ / 1.47 meters for driving and passenger experiences.

Participants shorter than 1.5 meters (approx. 5′) or taller than 1.9 meters (approx. 6′ 6″) may have difficulty being accommodated in some vehicles. It is for the buyer to be satisfied both at the time of purchase and on the Experience Date that the Participant can undertake the Experience. No refund will be given.

There are a few ways you can find availability. If you only want to book for a particular circuit (e.g. the one closest to where you live) you can scroll down on our home page and click the circuit you want to book. There is an availability link on each circuit page that will then show all dates we are at that circuit. Alternatively, if location is flexible, then you can scroll towards the bottom of the home page and click ‘Calendar of Events’ which will highlight all the dates we have an event. When you click the date, it shows the track for that date.

Please contact us prior to the expiry date to discuss this. The best way to contact us about this is via email. Please include the voucher number, expiry date and provider in your email.

Using a Voucher

This is likely because you have added additional extras to your experience such as weekends, premium circuits, premium cars, and other add-ons available to purchase through our website that are not included in your voucher. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Vouchers purchased directly with PSR are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. For all other vouchers provided from 3rd parties, please refer to the voucher providers website as we do not control these expiry dates.

On the Day

Please come prepared to be with us for an average of 2 – 4 hours. The driving time on your confirmation of booking is the time that your driver’s brief starts and not when your driving experience commences. We would advise that you arrive on site at least 15 – 20 minutes before this time. The driver’s brief can take up to 30 minutes, subject to questions asked and paperwork being completed. Following familiarisation laps (which can occupy anything up to an hour based on participant numbers), your experience will commence. Depending on the vehicles chosen, these could incur additional waiting times. However, we are often running multiple options on the more popular variants. We do operate a live queuing system which has specific algorithms embedded into it that prioritises all guests to have had their first drive completed as soon as possible. If you have multiple drives booked with us, you will naturally have a longer time on site that could exceed 4 hours. We look forward to welcoming you.

All sites have toilet facilities of some kind. Some venues are temporary sites so as such will have portable toilets or similar, but most have permanent toilet facilities.

We have an excellent media team who have a very good success rate in capturing those memorable moments for you to purchase on the day. We must make it clear that these cannot be guaranteed as these are images and videos that are being taken of moving objects so of course they come with their own risk of failure. Due to safety reasons, we cannot allow any of your own recording equipment to be used in the vehicles.

The only people allowed in the car is the driving coach and the participant. We do offer passenger experiences in all our supercars with one of our coaches driving. Alternatively, we also offer hot rides which is 1:1 with a professional driver or as a group of up to 3 in our SRTaxi.

Yes of course they can take pictures from the spectator’s areas. Unfortunately, due to insurances and the pit lane being a high-risk area on site, we cannot accommodate posing beside cars for friends and family or the participant.

This is very dependent on each venue. Some venues will have elevated viewing areas which of course give a good view of the circuit and where you will be going. Unfortunately, some vehicles go off into different areas meaning the visibility of the car can be restricted at times but at most sites there are many places where your friends and family can stand to view the participant having a great time but please understand that each venue having laps in excess of a mile, it can be hard to find a viewing area that will encapsulate the entire circuit.

Unfortunately, not. We know how much you love your 4-legged friends (we love them too!) but our venues do not permit pets on site.

All our events are outdoors so please dress for the weather. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely, and that are not restrictive in any manner. The pedals in these cars can be very close together so small, flat, and thin soled, lightweight shoes are preferred (please leave heavy work boots at home!). Please do not wear high heels.

Most of our sites have catering of some kind. Some of our venues include cafes, however some of our more remote sites may only have catering vans and on occasions we may only have light refreshments such as drinks, crisps, and snacks.

Yes. We have large car parks on all sites. Please be aware that the car parks can get busy and at some of our venues there can be a reasonable walk from the car park to the sign on desk, so please allow extra time for this. If you are a blue badge holder, please let us know in advance and we will endeavour to ensure your needs are accommodated appropriately.

Yes! Spectators are permitted at all our venues. Please note, we do not provide any seating, meaning that at some venues there is little to no seating available, but we are more than happy for you to bring your own chairs.

We do not provide any seating, meaning that at some venues there is little to no seating available, but we are more than happy for you to bring your own chairs. Shelter is provided by gazebos set up in the spectator area. Please note that all our
experiences are outside, so dress accordingly.

Yes of course. Please have a look at the Add-ons and Upgrades information sheet and please speak to our check in team on the day to add any additional extras. If you’re really enjoying the car, you can even add extra laps while out on circuit – just let your driving coach know.

On all our venue pages on the website, there are What3Words location references and full addresses and links to start navigation.

We do require a form of ID at check in. However, this does not have to be a driving license. Passport, birth certificates, student cards, professional and full driving licenses are all acceptable forms of ID.

You are liable for the first £5000 of any damage to each of the cars you drive with us. We do offer a collision damage waiver  (details of which can be found on the fees page) which when purchased will reduce your liability down to £0. Our check in team will run through this with you in more detail. If you wish to purchase this in advance of your experience day, please give us a call and we can organise this for you.

We do our absolute best to ensure that all cars booked will be available on the day. All vehicles are checked by our technicians both pre/post and during each event without exception. Should a mechanical failure occur with short notice prior or during an event then we will of course remove the vehicle from the selection list as guest safety is always our top priority. This can of course mean, on rare occasions, that a booked vehicle becomes unavailable on the day without notice.

We pride ourselves on being an experience company so the focus here is exactly that, the experience! Every drive will always have a driving coach present helping to guide and encourage you to get the best experience possible for you from the vehicle you have booked.

All the supercars, sports cars, and muscle cars that guests will be driving on the day are automatic. Most do have the option for paddle shift and where this is available it will be used as default. The mini coopers for our junior driver training are 6-speed
manual and our lorries for the HGV experiences are fully automatic.

You may notice engine or tyre pressure warning lights. Some cars may also have louder brakes and exhausts than standard road cars.

This is because our vehicles are often running components that exceed the original manufacturer’s specifications both for enjoyment but most importantly your safety. All vehicles are checked by our technicians both pre/post and during each and every event without exception.
