Junior Driver Training (30 Min)
Our Mini First drive lessons offer anyone from the ages of 10 and above the opportunity to get in the driver’s seat and start to teach you how to control and manoeuvre a vehicle, all carried out by experienced ADI coaches. The lessons are slow speed and designed to help develop the basics in car control (no J turns or doughnuts here I’m afraid) just like your first lessons would be on the road for when you first start building your experience for your test.
Items covered include: clutch control, reversing, parking, changing gear, manoeuvring and more.
Whilst these lessons are predominately aimed at ensuring customers get the opportunity to practise and learn the fundamentals of driving a vehicle prior to 17 we have found customers of all ages and experiences like to take the opportunity to drive our little Mini Cooper S!
For some who have never had the opportunity to learn or just want a refresher on driving having not driven for many years, to drivers young and the not so young are all very welcome.
We offer 3 levels of lessons, all in blocks of 30 minutes, with the option of adding supercar drives in a wide range of supercars or even some American Muscle in our Mini & Muscles package – call us for more information.
For those of you aiming to use this as an opportunity to ensure your as ready as you can be for driving on the public road why not book our Block Driving Lessons (6 or 9 lessons)? You will receive a Drivers Hand Book for these Block Booked courses to record your lessons and talk you through all the techniques/skills and preparations like your driving instructor would, e.g, your vehicle checks, when you should do them. You will get to keep your Drivers Handbook for your next lesson where your driving coach is able to pick up your training exactly where you left off.

MINIS of all ages are iconic. They are hugely popular with drivers of all ages; its smaller size makes it an ideal choice for smaller drivers but it’s big enough to accommodate adults of all sizes.
Whilst we predominantly use our MINI for our young/ non driver lessons which are normally slow speed manoeuvres it doesn’t mean we can do it in style and as such we only used the Cooper models making the experience even more enjoyable with its sport look and touches inside and out.
